Me outside work.
I'm an art & music lover. In my free time you will find me drawing or singing at my piano, which helps to keep my creative juices flowing. Singing in cafes is what initially gave me the confidence to perform in front of a large audience. I am also a travel enthusiast. My travels are mostly centered around art, whether it's seeing Antoni Gaudi's Architecture or driving 4 hours to Catalonia to visit Salvator Dali's home. I also enjoy trying new foods from all around with friends and post occasionally to my food blog @meatinbetweeen.
My interest in UX.
I am a creative & inquisitive person. I have always enjoyed both the arts and the sciences and majoring in Industrial Design allowed me to blend the two areas. I want to be a part of something that changes the way people live their everyday lives and makes a difference. I am a quick learner and I stay updated with new technology. My previous internships in different departments have helped me understand the process of creation from beginning to end. I work well in teams and have contributed many new concepts and improvements in my team meetings.

I enjoy learning about user experiences and interactions. Through multiple internships and school projects I have created products for many different demographics and also gained experience in different industries such as Sales Enablement, Learning Management, and Social Media platforms. I always prioritize the needs and desires of the target users. This enables me to create products that are easy to use and intuitive for users of all ages.

With a background in mechanical engineering and computer science, I am constantly thinking of ways to solve existing problems efficiently or improve existing products. I enjoy doodling different product ideas in my sketchbook. I also spend a lot of my time looking for inspiration & enjoy scrolling through Dribbble, Pinterest, and Kickstarter. I am passionate about learning more and about all aspects of design, and this shows in the work I've delivered to my teams.
